VISIT YOUR GP/CHOOSE YOUR THERAPIST

Our General Practitioner is the first port of call when navigating the route to all aspects of our physical and psychological health.

​

Attending your gp's room to get a referral and mental health care plan, can allow 6 rebates from medicare to contribute to your session fees. 

​

Don't worry, after the initial 6 sessions are used, you can go back for another 4 sessions once discussed with your therapist.

SCHEDULE YOUR SESSION

Booking a convenient time has never been easier, with our booking portal, Halaxy. 

​

You can now book, reschedule and cancel all appointments at your own convenience. 

​

Don't worry, if you prefer human interaction, our head of clinical support is ready to help via e-mail or phone.

COMPLETE THE PAPERWORK

No matter which way you book your session, if it's your first time, we'll send you some paperwork which needs to be completed via e-mail.

​

Once fully filled in and autographed, you'll be good to go.

​

Your practitioner might send you some questionnaires to complete and that's all done electronically also.
