Psychological therapy and assessment for adults and couples.

At Kana Psychology we value a welcoming space built on empathy, connection, and trust. We collaborate with you to unpack life's challenges, uncover personal insights, and foster lasting growth.

With an open heart, I invite you to join my story, and perhaps, allow me to join yours too.

If you ask me, real wealth is born at the intersection of a healthy mind and a healthy body. Ever since I began my path in psychology, I’ve recognised the sacred importance of mental well-being and the profound toll that psychological injury takes on the human experience. Weathering life’s seasons alongside my clients, sharing in their births, deaths, marriages, and the shared exhaustion of a pandemic, has proven that our psyche and bodies ultimately bear the burden of everything we endure. Today, I am more certain than ever that caring for our psychology must be our very first priority.

Assessments & therapy anywhere, anyhow.

Whilst we currently practice via Telehealth, and can be accessed via a mobile phone, a laptop, tablet or computer, we haven’t stopped our search for a new place to call home in both Sydney and the Gold Coast.
