Neurodivergent Affirming Adult Assessments

Discovering that you are Autistic or ADHD as an adult is often a process of unravelling a lifetime of questions. I provide formal, diagnostic evaluations specifically tailored for adults, with a deep focus on recognising high-masking profiles. If you have spent years blending in, compensating, or feeling exhausted by the effort to meet neurotypical expectations, your internal experience deserves to be seen and understood.

Our assessment pathways are conducted entirely online via secure videoconferencing, allowing you to explore these answers from the safety, comfort, and familiarity of your own space.

What We Offer

ADHD Assessment & Comprehensive Report

Best for those who require formal documentation, or those who want a clear, validated understanding of their executive functioning.

This pathway focuses explicitly on identifying ADHD in adulthood, with a strong emphasis on uncovering high-masking profiles. Through a targeted evaluation, we map out how your unique traits meet the diagnostic criteria. This process culminates in a clear, formal diagnostic report written in accessible and validating language. The report outlines the assessment results, translates clinical tools into clear visual graphs, and provides practical, individualised recommendations to help you navigate your executive functioning with clarity and self-compassion.

Best for individuals who require detailed, understanding of their neurotype.

What’s included:
  • Initial Consultation (60-minutes): A foundational session to explore your history, current challenges, and goals for the combined assessment.

  • Semi-Structured Clinical Interview (2 hours): An in-depth clinical evaluation focusing on your cognitive style, attention, and lived experiences.

  • Feedback Session (50-minutes): A dedicated consultation to walk through the findings together, discuss insights, and recommendations. Any questions which you may have, can be answered during this appointment.

  • Comprehensive Report: A detailed diagnostic report detailing all findings.

  • Clinical Time: All behind-the-scenes clinician time dedicated to preparation, scoring, interpretation, and deep-dive report writing are included.

Fees & Payment Structure:

  • Total Cost: $1,500+GST

  • Deposit: $1,000 due upon scheduling your initial consultation.

  • Final Balance: $650 due upon scheduling your feedback session.

Important Preparation: To complete your assessment, you will receive online questionnaires and intake forms. These must be completed and returned at least 1 after your initial appointment.

Your own lived experience is the primary focus of this assessment, especially when mapping high-masking profiles. However, insights from a trusted person can provide valuable extra context.

If there is a partner, family member, or close friend you trust, you are welcome to nominate them to assist. With your consent, we will forward a brief questionnaire to them to gather further insight into your neurotype. This is completely optional, and we can easily focus solely on your internal experiences if you prefer.

While my diagnostic reports are incredibly thorough and formal, they are generally not enough on their own for NDIS access. The NDIS looks at your functional capacity (how you manage day-to-day life) rather than just a diagnosis. If your primary goal right now is getting NDIS funding, a service that specialises explicitly in functional capacity testing might be a better fit for you.
