Noosha is the Founder and Director of Kana Psychology. Rooted in the historical meaning of Kana as a birthplace of profound transformation, her practice is dedicated to individuals and couples seeking long-term, intensive psychotherapy. Noosha focuses exclusively on long-term treatment frameworks to support clients through comprehensive therapeutic processing.

Noosha provides a dedicated space for clients who are specifically seeking a long-term psychotherapeutic relationship. Her practice is humanitarian, person-centered, and trauma-informed.
Her clinical approach is grounded in traditional talk therapy, heavily utilising parts psychology and psychodynamic psychotherapy. She operates from a collegial, collaborative framework, working adaptively to help clients manage past, present, or anticipated life situations. Noosha establishes a confidential environment designed to allow clients to explore their challenges free from self-judgment.
